Four pork loin medalions
One pack of Philmin Black Pepper Wine Sauce
One oz whipping cream
1. Season pork medalions to taste.
2. Grill pork until fully cooked
3. Open sauce pack & pour into sauce pan.
4. Bring sauce to a boil.
5. Add whipping cream to sauce, stirring.
6. Pour sauce over cooked pork loins.
