Two 6 - 8 oz swordfish steaks
One pack of Philmin Blue Cheese Wine Sauce
One oz blue cheese cumbles
1. Season swordfish steaks to taste.
2. Grill swordfish to desired temperature.
3. Open sauce pack & pour into sauce pan.
4. Bring sauce to a boil.
5. Pour sauce over cooked swordfish steaks.
6. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top.
